With the Huawei Nova 2S expected to compete in a mid-to-upper range segment of the handset market, it seems as if the manufacturer is playing it safe. Huawei has also managed to cram in a narrow home button on the chin which houses the fingerprint sensor as well. According to their intel, the handset will have a 6-inch display with a resolution of 2160×1080, a HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor, 6GB of RAM, and variants with built-in storage between 64GB and 256GB. This smartphone features 4GB or 6GB of RAM, and no matter which variant you opt to get, you'll get 128GB of internal storage, which you can expand using a microSD card.

On the optics front, the device will feature 20-megapixel + 16-megapixel cameras, while on the other hand, the selfie shooter is pegged to come with a pair of 20-megapixel snappers. The phone runs on Android Oreo out-of-the-box with Huawei's custom EMUI 8.0 skin on top. It's up for debate whether or not a phone actually needs the huge amounts of power that recent flagships offer, and it's likely that the Nova 2S will handle pretty much any task you throw at it. The leak reveals that the upcoming Nova 2s will have a high-resolution full-screen display. Do keep in mind that Huawei released the special edition "Yixing Zhang" customized version of the phone which comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage as well, and that variant is priced at 3,399 Yuan ($514).
