Nike to name New Headquarters Building After Serena Williams

'Fellow moms: How long did you breastfeed?' Serena wrote.

On Wednesday, the 23-time Grand Slam victor posited her dilemma to Twitter, admitting that she gets "emotional" after just the thought of quitting breastfeeding.

The new mommy and wife of Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian also shared the joyous news Thursday (Dec. 7) in a lengthy Instagram post.

The tennis champion isn't the only celebrity to speak out about breastfeeding.

Her message has garnered more than 4,000 likes, as well as words of advice from other parents. Williams welcomed her daughter, Alexis, on September 1. He made the decision for me.

Serena, who tied the knot with her new husband Alexis last month in New Orleans, could make her return to the court as early as next month.

Serena Williams competed at the 2017 Australian Open while pregnant.

Her sister, Venus Williams, was involved in a June crash that killed a 78-year-old man.

However, with just a few weeks left to go in the year, it turns out 2017 had one more surprise for her. Nike announced this week it would be naming a brand-new building on its Portland campus in her honor.
