Were Mallika Sherawat and Her Boyfriend Kicked Out of Their Paris Apartment?

Yesterday, BBC revealed their report which stated that Mallika and her beau Cyrille failed to pay the rent of the house which is shockingly of almost 80,000 euros (around Rs 64 lakh). While reports quoted a lawyer dismissing claims that the couple is facing financial difficulties, the former actress claimed that she didn't even know the lawyer. The couple's lawyer has submitted to the court that the couple is going to through financial difficulties and hence can not pay the rent right now.

BBC reports that Sherawat and Auxenfans have not paid their rent to "show their annoyance", due to a dispute they had with their landlord, when Sherawat was assaulted in the building lobby a year ago, as according to their lawyer.

The pictures below however don't lie.
