According to Vanity Fair, the 48-year-old superstar is once again making a guest appearance in the romantic comedy.

The guest spot showcased Lopez's comedic timing and her ease with self-deprivation. Remember how she insisted that everyone should wear her new Glow fragrance and her branded jeans? During the season 6 finale, she sang at Karen and Lyle's wedding. Also among the returning actors are Harry Connick Jr.

Lopez's series Shades of Blue was renewed for a third season in March.

The original "Will & Grace" series began in 1998 and aired for almost 200 episodes over eight seasons before ending in May 2006.
