Lance Stephenson successfully annoyed LeBron James in Pacers' win over Cavs

Isn't Lance Stephenson vs. LeBron James just so, so much fun?

The Cleveland Cavaliers' five-game road trip ended on a low and there may be no home comforts awaiting. He missed a 3-point attempt for the win at the buzzer.

Whether James is really going to play somewhere else next season or not doesn't matter right. now. The crowd's reaction got the officials attention, and once they reviewed things, LBJ got T'd up. The Knicks took their 10 loss in 13 games. The Pacers cut a bit of the lead in the second, then doubled up Cleveland in the third quarter, 32-16, taking a 2-point lead to the fourth. I should've known. I've known since school that it's not the guy who tells the joke that gets called, it's the guy who laughs.

The Good: The Pacers once again shrugged off a massive deficit on their way to a win. Thomas finished fifth in the MVP voting a year ago and had a breakout season with the Boston Celtics.

Houston is well on its way to breaking the record it set for most 3s by a team, done last season, and done in the previous season by Golden State. "He understands. You're going to have some teams who maybe try to bait him into doing different things and he's got to be level-headed". The Pacers are rebuilding, but it looks like the foundation is solid.

Kevin Love (21 points, 10 rebounds) and Jeff Green (13 points) where the only other Cavaliers to have decent nights statistically. The slow starts the Pacers are making a trademark of was in full-effect.

As has been the case all year long, the Cavaliers defense was the major issue. It's moments like that when you could use Myles Turner. LeBron can't do everything, and he's clearly getting annoyed.

First, the four-time MVP stepped out of bounds with 1.7 seconds to go, a play that was confirmed on replay review. But let's not blame arguably the best player in the National Basketball Association for that, okay? It's the first time IN has beaten Cleveland three times IN a season since 2013-14. The Cavs have not beaten the Pacers in two meetings this season.

Karl-Anthony Towns fell one assist shy of his second career triple-double, scoring 23 points and grabbing 15 rebounds as the Timberwolves dumped the Knicks 118-108. Howard finished with eight points on 2-of-9 shooting.

"He's just born ready", said teammate Victor Oladipo, referring to Stephenson's "Born Ready" Brooklyn playground nickname.

And that's not going to do anything but make it worse. That's not a complaint at all as his 19 points only trailed Collison's 22.

And for James, he's already accomplished more than he expected. After ranking 22nd in defensive rating during the regular season, giving up 108 points per possession, they didn't actually ramp up the defense in the playoffs - they gave up 108.2 points per 100 possessions in the postseason. Washington's Marcin Gortat was dominant inside, finishing with 12 points and 11 rebounds. You rarely if ever see him in commercials, or leading off highlight shows, or generating buzz on social media. Both teams scored 21 points in the fourth quarter and the Pacers just barely came out on top. Sabonis is showing that he is good enough to start, but he still has plenty to work on as well. "It's just been a process of us learning a right rhythm, finding a comfort within it".
