PUBG becomes Xbox One sensation selling 3 million copies in a month

Today, PUBG Corp. and Xbox are excited to share that through the end of 2017 the PUBG community on Xbox One has already grown to over three million players.

"Currently Playerunknown" s Battlegrounds from Bluehole Studio sold more than 27.8 million copies.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is available now for PC and on Xbox One through the Xbox Game Preview program.

The developers of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds have revealed the drop rates of items in the Biker and Desperado crates.

So far, PUBG Corp has released four patches for the Xbox One version of the game, so there is no doubt that over time, things will improve.

The most recent updates have brought first-person support for solo, duo, and squads gameplay and they are "just getting started".

Following its relatively buggy launch on Xbox One, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has received a handful of patches to refine the title for the system. However, the announcement of its Xbox Game Preview launch last month was welcomed as a surprise treat. Although developer PUBG Corporation has been working to improve matters, there are still improvements to be made. I can't imagine many, if any, other Xbox One games managing similar in a whole year.

This includes the brand new Miramar map, which is set in the desert. According to Gamespot, "PUBG" on Xbox One appears to be "running smoother" now on console compared to when it was first released. Now, those coders and designers need to sit on their comfy chairs built out of $100 bills and finish that optimization process. Considering the December 12 release date, that's 3 million in 19 days.
