Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime to be launched soon on Amazon India

It has come to light that the mystery device is the Galaxy On7 Prime and is slated to be exclusively available on Amazon from next week. The listing does not reveal much about the Galaxy On7 Prime yet, except a few key specifications.

It is expected that the Galaxy On7 Prime will be going on sale in India later this month. It is powered by Exynos 7885 chipset and 4 GB of RAM.

As per the listing on Amazon, the Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime has a full metal unibody and a 5.5-inch full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) display.

The device will be available in two storage options- one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage and the other one with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Pricing and availability details have not been revealed yet as the Amazon India listing only has a "Notify Me" button if you'd like to receive a notification as soon as it becomes available for purchase. The Galaxy A8+ will run Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box with Samsung's own custom skin on top. The smartphone will sport unimetal body design and has support for 4G LTE and VoLTE. It is the first On series smartphone to feature Samsung Pay Mini, which is stripped down version of the Samsung Pay.

Industry sources have also told IANS that the smartphone will come with a 13MP front and 13MP primary camera with an aperture of f/1.9. Galaxy On7 Prime will support Samsung Pay Mini for mobile payments. There's a 16MP f/1.9 aperture main camera and an 8MP f/1.9 aperture secondary shooter in front, both of which work in tandem to give you great selfies. The rear camera also comes equipped with an LED flash. So, we in India have to wait a bit longer for Samsung mid-range device with dual camera setup.
