Slayer adds Penticton to North American tour

Slayer are on their way out with the recent announcement of a final farewell world tour from the band.

A montage of photos and videos from their nearly 40-year history, the video declares: "Slayer to make its exit with one final world tour".

Barring a change of heart, legendary metal band Slayer will play its final show in the Cleveland area this summer. According to the video details, "The End is Near..." The California metal band have been mainstays of the scene since forming in 1981, and last released an album? Fortunately, for their millions of fans across the globe, Slayer is giving them an opportunity to say goodbye live and in-person.

We'll update this post as soon as Slayer announces when and where they plan on taking their final live outing. Along with Metallica, Megadeth and Anthrax, Slayer was included among the big four of the thrash/speed-metal explosion of the mid-1980s.
