Again, Super Eagles Drop in Latest FIFA Ranking

Nigeria's Super Eagles have further crashed in February ranking released by the World football governing body, FIFA, on Thursday.

Congo-Brazzaville are the continent's biggest climbers, moving up eight places overall to 88th in the world, with South Africa also climbing one spot to 77th overall.

Nigeria finished second at the African Nations Championship, CHAN, in Morocco recently.

Despite not having played a competitive fixture since dismally failing to qualify for the 2018 Soccer World Cup, Bafana made the move as the rankings are calculated over the previous four years.

"However, there's also good news for Congo (88th, +8 places) and Sudan (118th, +6 places)".

Meanwhile, the monthly ranking log remained static with Germany, Brazil and Portugal (1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively).
