Victoria Beckham Shatters Fans' Dream of Spice Girls 2018 Reunion

We are always overwhelmed at how much interest there is across the whole world for the Spice Girls, ' said the band members in a statement on their London rendezvous.

It would have been nice.

Victoria Beckham (aka "Posh Spice") dashed the dreams of Spice Girls fans when she reportedly told Vogue on February 10 that the band isn't going on tour.

Speaking with Vogue during her fall/winter 2018 collection show at New York Fashion Week over the weekend, she said, "I'm not going on tour. The girls aren't going on tour", she told Vogue UK during a preview of her autumn/winter 2018 collection in NY today.

Yeah, not much wiggle room there.

Beckham revealed that when the Spice Girls met at Geri Horner's house, which is where most of the pictures were taken, the five of them discussed what they could possibly do together to use to the powerful "message" that the group stands for - especially given the rise of women's rights campaigns.

Earlier, singer turned designer Beckham posted a snap on Instagram, which showed what appeared to be her slippers poking out from underneath a toilet door.

Of their recent get-together, Beckham said: "It was so great to see the girls".

Does this mean that there is no future for the Spice Girls at all? "And Harper Beckham, who's only watched Spice World once, says, 'Mummy, I love that bit when everyone's in the really cool clothes and you're in the tight little army dress!'"

Lets just hope their kids are as excited as us about this 90s throwback reunion, and not just embarrassed about their mums' previous careers. "I still speak to them all individually, but for us all to get together was really lovely". "Brainstorming", Beckham explained about the future of the group.

However, former Posh Spice Victoria Beckham is putting her feet down to stop the onslaught of rumors once and for all.
