When will Little Caesars treat NCAA March Madness fans to lunch?

Friday night #16 seed University of Maryland-Baltimore County beat #1 seed University of Virginia in the 2018 men's college basketball tournament.

Valid only on Monday, April 2, 2018 between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Little Caesars announced before the NCAA tournament began that it would offer a free lunch combo to customers if any No. 16 seed defeated a No. 1 seed in the March Madness tournament.

"Because "CRAZY HAPPENED" with a #16 beating a #1 (!), everyone in America gets a free #LittleCaesars Lunch Combo on Monday, April 2nd." .

However, there are some restrictions, according to Money magazine.

The combo include four slices of Little Caesars Deep! If you're planning on getting the deal in person, the order has to be placed by 1 p.m., even if you were already in line.

It's a strictly lunchtime promotion; the free food is only being given out between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Extra toppings will cost more.

Harvard women's basketball was the first to do this, as a No. 16 seeded team, upset No. 1 Stanford with a 71-67 win in 1998.
