Eazy Arrested in Sweden for Assault & Cocaine Possession

G-Eazy's press representatives have not yet responded to the reports. TMZ reports that when security asked him to behave, G-Eazy may have gotten physically violent and started throwing punches.

The "I Mean It" rapper was partying late at night with friends, including Sean Kingston and Halsey, after a show and got himself into trouble at a trendy Södermalm area nightclub. When police detained G-Eazy at around 3 a.m., officers reportedly found cocaine in his pocket.

TMZ also posted a video shows a man matching the rapper's description being loaded into a police vehicle. G-Eazy performs at the venue on July 29, and Halsey hits Shoreline on July 27.

Both TMZ and Page Six report that they attempted to reach out to the Oakland rapper's team for comment, but that they received no response back.

Gillum was taken in custody after "allegedly acting belligerent and punching a security guard in the face for several times".

Cops in Sweden have released images of the bouncer's battered scalp, and allegedly the hundred dollar note G-Eazy used to snort his fair share of "Katy Perry". At the MTV Europe Awards, he won the Favorite Hip-Hop Artist award. The "Him & I" singer also admitted to purchasing the drugs but refused to identify who he bought them from.

One of G-Eazy's biggest hits to date has been the song "No Limit" featuring ASAP Rocky and Cardi B which charted as high as No. 2 in 2017.
