Jason Witten Thinks Dez Bryant Will Sign With This NFL Team

Bryant, himself, has already said he doesn't see himself in a Packers uniform, and Witten admitted that his prediction isn't based on any insight. Witten did say he was mostly guessing, but considering how close Witten is to the situation, his guess is notable.

Bryant simply has not received much interest since being released by the Cowboys earlier this offseason. "Aaron Rodgers throws that back-shoulder throw well, and Dez (would have) great chemistry with a quarterback who can put the ball wherever he wants".

While the receiver room is crowded in Green Bay, Bryant would give the Packers a veteran playmaker to start opposite Davante Adams, and his skill set - which includes using physicality to make contested catches and create yards after the catch - could still be valuable to a team with Aaron Rodgers under center. Even more are anxious that the Packers don't have enough weapons for Aaron Rodgers to use.

Witten made it clear that he does not have any inside information about where Bryant might end up, and he also mentioned the New Orleans Saints as another potential landing spot. "So, you partner him up with [tight end] Jimmy Graham and Aaron Rodgers, [he could] go there and really help them take the next step and get back on a playoff run". "I think it's a win-win for the Packers". That's a vertical passing attack.

Despite receiving a two-year offer from Baltimore, the three-time Pro Bowler passed on the opportunity as he's hoping to ink a lucrative one-year deal to prove himself in 2018 to sign a long-term deal next offseason.

"I still think Dez can still high-point the football as good as any other wide receiver in the National Football League", Witten said.

As for Jenkins - who was suspended for a game last season because he failed to return after the team's bye week - he has promised to be on better terms with management.
