Everything You Need to Know About Hitman 2

Hitman 2 is set to release for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on November 13, 2018. There will be "tons and tons of post-launch content".

Hitman 2's unveiling comes just months after IO Interactive announced that it would partner with publisher Warner Bros. after cutting ties with previous publisher Square Enix.

There will be a change in scenery as well, with players getting the chance to travel to various exotic locations featuring "hyper-detailed sandboxes" such as "dark and risky rainforests", and Miami during a motorsport race.

David Haddad, the President of Warner Bros. IO Interactive has done a fantastic job with the Hitman franchise, and this new game will provide a distinct gameplay experience for players to be creative in larger sandbox locations. Agent 47 will try to hunt down the elusive Shadow Client and a cabal of targets, who are presumably very nasty dudes. The first trailer for Hitman 2 has shot its way onto the internet, but it's more subtle than you might think. "Sun-drenched streets" and "dark and unsafe rainforests" are also on the cards, with multiple paths and methods to adopt.

Preordering Hitman 2 grants players access to the "Sniper Assassin" mode, which lets them eliminate targets solo or with a friend.

Super fans can get in on the action ahead of the crowd because Sniper Assassin is available to play now as an early access bonus for customers who pre-order the Hitman 2 Standard, Silver, Gold or Collector's Edition.

Pre-order customers will also be able to play the full game four days before everyone else.
