Woman's head gets stuck in truck tailpipe at music festival

An underage drinker got her head stuck in a auto tailpipe at a country music festival.

According to the Associated Press, firefighters used a power saw to free the woman from a truck's exhaust pipe at the Winstock Music Festival in Winsted, about 40 miles west of Minneapolis.

The footage has already been viewed over 2.5 million times on social media, with comments ranging from the sympathetic to the insulting.

A Minnesota woman had a memorable time at a music festivial this past weekend, but no one would blame her if she'd rather forget it. She was rescued and apparently unharmed after spending 45 minutes with her head stuck.

'So I tried it.

The McLeod County Sheriff's said they cited the 19-year-old for underage drinking after she was freed. "It did fit, but it didnt want to come back out".

"A lot of people don't realize how serious it was", Strom told the Leader.

"I'm just brushing it off, because that's expected to happen", she said.

She said she's focusing instead on the people who helped her.

Strom didn't know the owner of the truck, but he was just happy that she turned out OK.

"I would just say thank you to everyone who has supported me and been there throughout this", she told the Leader.

'Yeah I'm the tail pipe girl, whatchu know about it?

There's no word on who's going to foot the bill for the impromptu modification to the truck's exhaust pipe.
