Motorola P30 leaked renders hint at an Apple iPhone X-inspired design

Now, the latest images and specifications of the smartphones have surfaced on the web which has indicated a similar design to one available on Lenovo Z5 that was introduced in June.

On the rear, the P30 in renders can be seen boasting the same dual camera module alignment as the iPhone X. Even the white color is appears same in renders.

The Motorola P30 is tipped as being one of a series of devices to be unveiled in China soon.

There's no word on a planned launch date or just how much the Motorola P30 lineup will cost, but we may know more soon enough.

It's not identical to the iPhone X from the front however, with a "chin" bezel at the bottom of the handset revealing that the Motorola P30 may not be quite as accomplished as its iOS-toting muse. On the back, you see a vertical dual camera setup that once again reminds us of the iPhone X. The Moto logo on the back will likely house a fingerprint sensor as well. The front-facing camera will come in at 12MP. No Moto Mods, no ultra-thin design ... just an iPhone X running Android One.

Other than that, it is rumored to come with a octa-core processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB internal storage. There will be three to choose from whenever this handset gets the official unveiling: the P30, P30 Play, and the P30 Note. Another teaser hints at a 5,000mAh battery, which we assume will be offered with the Motorola P30 Note model. The handset is expected to come with a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display along with an aspect ratio of 19:9. Cameras on board may include a 16MP + 5MP with f/1.8 aperture, and an 8-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture. The handset will allegedly host a 3000mAh battery.

That's not the most exciting way to sell a phone, but at the same time, hardware is hardly a problem with the iPhone X. Is an iPhone running Android really the worst thing in the world?
