Omarosa unleashes on Trump in new book, claims he's 'racist'

Former Donald Trump confidante Omarosa Manigault Newman was offered $15,000 a month from the president's campaign to "stay silent" after being fired from the White House, The Washington Post reported Friday. From claiming she was contacted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation to claims that she was offered hush money payments, this book is full of bombshell claims. In the book, Manigault Newman claims without evidence that tapes exist of Trump using the N-word repeatedly on the reality show's set.

"By that point, three sources in three separate conversations had described the contents of this tape", she said.

Manigault Newman's tenure in the White House was marred by drama and intrigue; she generated a series of negative headlines for the administration, including when she attempted to host a photo shoot for her wedding on White House grounds.

The former Trump administration staffer and "The Apprentice" contestant told NPR that she had heard the tape directly, calling it a major factor that changed her opinion of the president, despite the fact that her own memoir says she was only told of the recording.

'Using the N-word was not just the way he talks but, more disturbing, it was how he thought of me and African-Americans as a whole, ' Omarosa wrote in 'Unhinged'. "The allegation is not credible, and indeed is ridiculous", wrote Conway, a frequent Trump critic despite his marriage to one of Trump's most consistent supporters, "particularly in light of the timing of her departure from the White House - December 12, 2017".

After the "Access Hollywood" tape leaked in 2016, rumors mounted that there is unaired footage on "The Apprentice" of Trump making derogatory statements about women and minorities. It comes at the first anniversary of deadly white-supremacist protests in Charlottesville, where Trump was criticized for saying there fine people "on both sides". The campaign would have tasked her with "diversity" outreach.

Omarosa also claims she heard Donald Trump use a couple of racial slurs in person as well.

Her book is the first insider account from a White House aide that is not largely flattering toward the president.

The report doesn't address whether Schiller signed a non-disclosure agreement as part of that agreement, but given Trump's aggressive history of intimidation by litigation, it would be surprising if he didn't make signing an NDA a requirement of everyone leaving the White House. "He hated him. He never explained why, but now I believe it was because Obama was black".

She once walked in on Trump chewing up a piece of paper and seemingly swallowing it in the Oval Office.

Earlier this week, The Daily Beast reported that Manigault had secretly recorded Trump on multiple occasions and used the recordings as leverage to help her secure her book deal.

Then, Lara Trump called and reiterated how much the president and the family loved Manigault Newman, offering her the job and wanting to make sure "everything is positive".
