Samsung seeks to recover sales volume with Note 9

"The Galaxy Note 9 can do that, too" sounds like a pretty resounding reason to pick it up, if you ask this writer.

Koh also said the stylus pen of the Galaxy Note smartphones will continue to evolve further down the road.

The Galaxy S1 was first released in June 2010, making the Samsung Galaxy S series 8 years old.

The Galaxy Note 9 will be available to preorder on Friday. The Galaxy Note 9 will be available in 128GB and 512GB variants for INR 67,900 and INR 84,900, respectively. But while the Note 9's chips and memory will no doubt hold its own against the rumored 6.5-inch OLED iPhone releasing in the fall, it will fall spectacularly short when it comes to the OS.

Why are you skipping Samsung's latest flagship? Developers can even integrate the S Pen's new, advanced BLE functionalities into their apps later this year.

Samsung appears to be confident about the market potential of the Galaxy Note 9.

The most interesting part of the tweet, however, is the news that the next Galaxy S flagship will not support 5G technology. The 512 GB Galaxy Note 9 with 8 GB of RAM will cost $1,300.

This marked an incredible turnaround following the exploding battery fiasco that dogged the launch of its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Bringing it from 3300mAh to 4000mAh capacity. For those who would like to get a mid-range, Samsung offers regularly, and it is now the case with the Samsung Galaxy A7 version 2017. For one, the Pixel 3 is right around the corner, and while rumors suggest it won't be almost as good-looking as the Note 9, Google's new phone will still likely be the best Android phone you can buy.

But people are paying that much for one, considering the Galaxy Note 8 was that price previous year, and so was the iPhone X. It would have been a nice gesture if Samsung had still made a 64GB model here and offered it around $850, giving those that want a Galaxy Note 9 a slightly cheaper option, without watering down the "premium" aspect of the Galaxy Note 9.

We would love to know your opinion, so go ahead and tell us your reasons for not wanting to buy the Galaxy Note 9 down in the comments. Koh made these remarks while speaking to journalists at a press conference after the announcement of the Note 9 last week.
