Sleep in coffin for 30 hours, earn $300 in creepy contest

The theme park has announced a competition inviting guests to stay in a tight coffin for almost 30 hours straight.

Those who make it through the 30-hour sentence are in with a chance to win two 2019 Gold Season Passes or a Fright Fest prize package.

As per the rules of the challenge, coffin dwellers will be allowed to bring a friend along during Fright Fest operating hours, but they must fearless the non-operating hours by themselves. Meals, snacks and drinks will be provided, as will phone charging stations - all in the coffin.

But, once the park closes, guests have to persevere alone - although there will be sporadic visits from "Fright Fest Freaks" during the night.

Participants are allowed to bring food and step out of the coffins during six-minute bathroom breaks every hour. This may be a challenge for you.

The coffin dwellers must reportedly stay in their coffin for the duration of the contest, except during designated bathroom breaks.

The winners will receive numerous prizes including $300.

And get this, you'll even get to keep the coffin.

Six coffin dwellers will be chosen to spend 30 hours in a coffin, from 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 13 until 7:00 pm on Sunday October 14.
