Meghan Markle has turned to yoga to cope with the discomforts of her pregnancy.

British royals Harry and Meghan kicked off their shoes and donned tropical garlands Friday as they hit Sydney's famed Bondi beach for the latest stop on their Australian tour.

Meanwhile, a source told HollywoodLife that her husband Prince Harry is anxious about the effect all of her engagements on this tour will have on her and the baby. Meghan played Australian rules football with a group of local kids. The students were putting together boxes of supplies for women in need that were delivered to police stations and other locations where they can get help. "We give you our full support".
