Tanushree Dutta files FIR against Nana Patekar at Oshiwara Police station

Dutta was to be the only performer in the song, with Patekar delivering one dialogue that was to be initially shot separately, her complaint states.

In her interview with the media house, she also said that Nana Patekar called goons to smash her vehicle and everything was supported by Ganesh Acharya.

"We have registered a case against Patekar and others under section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 509 (word, gesture or act meant to insult the modesty of a woman) of IPC", additional commissioner of police (west region) Manojkumar Sharma told PTI.

In March 2008, Dutta had signed a contract with producer Samee Siddiqui's Sunrise Pictures Pvt Ltd to appear in an item song in his film "Horn Ok Pleassss", which was directed by Rakesh Sarang and starred Patekar.

She said she had complained to Ganesh Acharya but was forced to do scenes which were intimate and included Patekar touching her inappropriately.

"I felt very uncomfortable because of his behavior mentioned above and he has outraged my modesty I felt embarrassed like this his behavior was inappropriate towards me".

Earlier in the evening, the actor had reached the Oshiwara Police Station to record her statement regarding the case, another official said.

The actor filed an FIR in the year 2008 when it all happened but no action was taken against it.

Dutta had sought the Commission's intervention after claiming that Patekar allegedly misbehaved with her on the sets of a film in 2008. "The association decided the matter and passed the order without considering my complaint for apology", Tanushree's police complaint said.

Tanushree Dutta has issued a fresh statement and says that old statement was not recorded "as per my say" at the Goregaon police station. The commission also wrote to Mumbai police, seeking information on the action it had taken on Dutta's complaint. Her lawyer stated that many parts of the complaint were not mentioned and the FIR was filed only for the offence of causing damage to her auto and riot.

After recording the statement, the police registered the offence late midnight, he said.
