Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is getting gear transmog

What this means in practical terms is that players will be able to equip the strongest weapons and armour available to them underneath their prestige gear, without altering their character's appearance.

The Lost Tales of Greece update will come out this month and will include additional rewards.

The November update contains a ton more, so make sure to check out the dedicated update trailer for an overview or head on to the blog post where all new content is described in great detail.

The video then goes on to describe the weekly Epic Ship and Mercenary events which will give players more opportunity to earn the rare resource Orichalcum, plus some new Odysseus-themed gear and ship decor that can be purchased with it.

"All of these items will be simultaneously available in the Store and at the Oikos of the Olympians".

In addition to that, the mythical creature Steropes the Cyclops will also be added into the game. A quest called Lightning Bringer will appear in your quest log as you'll want to seek out this high-level challenge in his lair in order to potentially gain a Legendary Bow for your efforts. There will be no time limit, so prepare yourself properly and reduce it at your own pace! The Cyclops will be added to the game for Alexios/Kassandra to take down.

Last but not least, Ubisoft stated that it aims to deliver new content each month until June or July 2019! There's also more Epic Quests and new gear coming to the game, but the biggest change is the fact that the level cap will be raised from 50 to 70 for all players.

What has started with Origins, is now fully realized with Assassin's Creed Odyssey.
