Bomb Kills Three In Iran's Chabahar, Injures Several

At least three people were killed and 24 others were injured in a suicide auto bomb attack on the police headquarters in Iran's southeastern port city of Chabahar on Thursday, Iranian state media reported.

A number of Iranian media have reported a auto explosion in the largest port city in Sistan-and-Balochistan province, Chabahar. He said police officers blocked the vehicle and started firing at the driver, who then detonated his explosives.

Images posted online showed thick smoke rising from the sky in the area where the incident took place.

Iranian authorities have not identifed the perpetrator yet.

Official news agency said it was a vehicle bombing in the port city of Chabahar, Iran. While Iran still complies with the accord, US President Donald Trump withdrew America over the deal in part due to Tehran's ballistic missile programme, its "malign behavior" in the Mideast and its support of militant groups like Hezbollah.

In October, the separatist Jaish al-Adl (Army of Justice) group kidnapped 12 Iranian border guards in the remote province, five of whom have since been released.

In December 2010, at least 41 people were killed and 90 others were wounded following a suicide attack near a mosque in the city.
