Illegal immigrant 'made Donald Trump's bed and dusted his golf trophies'

The Guatemala native spoke to The New York Times about how she travelled to New Jersey after illegally crossing the border nearly 20 years ago. "We sweat it out and attend to his every need and have to put up with his humiliation". She also shared with the Times that the president was particular about having his items, as well as Melania's and Barron's, washed with a "special detergent" in a washing machine separate from the rest of the club's residents.

Diaz recalled Trump once erupting in 2012 over orange stains on the collar of his golf shirt, which she described as stubborn remnants of his makeup.

Morales, who is now employed at Bedminster, pays taxes just like legal immigrants and American citizens, says she and other undocumented employees at Bedminster are coming forward out of frustration with Trump's attacks on immigrants. She claims that the staff routinely mocked her nationality despite knowingly hiring her as undocumented.

"Ironically, the threats often came from the same supervisor who had employed them despite knowing their undocumented status and even provided them with forged documents".

In a statement Thursday by Anibal Romero, the attorney representing Morales and Diaz, said his clients were "repeatedly subjected to abuse, called racial epithets and threatened with deportation".

Morales said Jorge Villafuerte, identified as a club facilities manager in a photo with President Trump, later gave her money to get a fake green card and Social Security card. "We call upon New Jersey's law enforcement community and federal authorities to investigate these allegations immediately and to help protect these fearless women and others who may now come forward".

Another former golf club worker who said she was undocumented said Mr Trump was ‘meticulous’ and once raged over an orange stain on his white collar which she said was his makeup

An undocumented immigrant who makes President Trump's bed at one of his golf clubs is speaking out against him. "This toxic environment was created to intimidate these women, leaving them fearful for their safety and the safety of their families".

"Many of the abuses to which my clients were subjected constitute crimes".

The revelations by the New York Times are in stark contrast to President Trump's stance on illegal immigration.

Mr Trump made a crackdown on illegal immigration one of the central planks of his campaign and presidency.

'If an employee submitted false documentation in an attempt to circumvent the law, they will be terminated immediately, ' the Trump Organization told the paper.

The White House did not immediately respond to Newsweek's request for comment.
