LG has created a TV with a display that seems to magically appear and disappear, a revolutionary innovation that seems to defy logic.

LG says to expect picture quality on par with its just-announced 2019 4K OLED lineup. While Samsung already showcased its new MicroLED TVs, LG Display also showed off its new innovative screens at the event. The South Korean company will be adding support for Amazon Alexa later this year. The LG OLED TV R is set to hit the market in the second half of 2019, with no specific date, expectedly at a premium price yet to be made known. The new TV is equipped with LG's second generation of Alpha 9 intelligent processor and deep learning algorithm for a stunning AI picture and sound quality.

Another feature of the TV punted by LG is its built-in sound system, which packs 4.2-channel output (100W) and support for Dolby Atmos. In the Line View, users can choose from features such as Clock, Frame, Mood, Music and Home Dashboard.

LG did not disclose pricing for the roll-up television.
