Redmi Go With 5-Inch HD Screen, 3,000mAh Battery Announced: Specifications

Now a fresh information about the upcoming device has popped up online courtesy of Lu Weibing, Redmi CEO. However, a year ago it had launched the Mi Max 3 in July.

Earlier this year, Xiaomi released its first affordable Redmi smartphone the Redmi Note 7 with 48MP camera sensor in its hometown China. The Redmi Go is available for booking on Lazada and costs only PHP3,990, or about $76/€66.

As of now, details are slim regarding the specifications of the Redmi Note 7 Pro but rumours have suggested that it would arrive with a notched 6.4-inch display, a 4000mAh battery and possibly a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC instead of an SD660 chipset. It is likely to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor and would be available in three RAM/ROM variants: 4GB/64GB (CNY 1,599), 6GB/64GB (CNY 1,799), and 8GB/128GB (CNY 1,999). And, of the suggestions, Lei Jun reposted this feature giving us a solid indication that the Redmi Note 7 Pro could come with either a 6GB/64GB or 6GB/128GB configuration.

Prior to the Redmi Note 7 launch event, there were rumours suggesting that there could be two handsets on display - the Redmi Note 7 and a higher spec'd Redmi Note 7 Pro.
