Romelu Lukaku to miss Manchester United's FA Cup tie with Wolves

Solskjaer was also full of praise for deputy goalkeeper Sergio Romero, with the Argentina global having excelled when given an opportunity in the domestic cup competitions this season.

Man Utd will be without Ashley Young due to suspension so Diogo Dalot could start at right-back against Wolves while Luke Shaw should keep his place at left-back as he's been virtually ever-present under Solskjaer in recent months. The problem flared up again after he played in the defeat against Arsenal last weekend and he will not face Wolves.

Solskjaer has turned the club's fortunes since succeeding Jose Mourinho late previous year, with many now calling for the former United striker to be given the managerial role full time. Repeat up to 5 times to receive maximum €/£100 bonus. Exchange bets excluded. Full T&Cs Apply.

While Lukaku may miss out, Phil Jones is back after five weeks out through illness, plus Jesse Lingard and Ander Herrera have been training following hamstring issues. He might come straight back in to the side so Fred may find himself dropping to the bench alongside Scott McTominay and Andreas Pereira. Solskjaer confirmed that Lukaku has a foot injury at the moment, but his comments suggest the injury might not be as bad as first feared.

Interestingly, with Lukaku missing in action against Wolves, Man United's boss Ole Solskjaer is expected to return to a 4-4-2 formation that will see Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford play in attack.

The Belgian star has been undergoing treatment at United's training base Carrington but he is likely to sit out of the game.

Juan Mata, Antonio Valencia and Matteo Darmian are also unavailable, with Alexis Sanchez sidelined by a knee issue.
