First Pic! Hoda Kotb Adopts Second Child - What’s Her Name?

Kotb and partner Joel Schiffman adopted Haley two years ago.

The Today show co-anchor is a mommy again after adopting her second daughter, named Hope Catherine Kotb, she announced on Tuesday's episode, via phone, PEOPLE reports.

"She is laying on the pillow right now", the journalist, 54, told her cohosts over the phone.

She added, "Look - in life you think maybe you've gotten what you deserve, but, man, I'm so happy she is here". She says Haley wanted to feed Hope raspberries for breakfast. "I'm thrilled about that", she says during a live broadcast of FOX News Channel's The Five (which also marks her first TV appearance since leaving Today). "I'm so happy she's here", she told her colleagues through happy tears.

Kotb shared photos and details about her baby girl in an interview with Savannah Guthrie and her other co-hosts. I guess if you've been waiting this long for something, and you wish for it, pray for it, hope for it, wonder if it will ever be, and then it happens, nothing's more real.

In March, Hoda couldn't help but gush over her boyfriend of six years.

The biggest one was Monday when she posted what many perceived just to be an inspirational Instagram: "Choose Hope".

On Kathie Lee Gifford's last day co-hosting with Kotb, she said something about Kotb expanding her family as well.

(You tricky lady, you.) The Today show followed up with a pic of Kotb with both of her daughters.
