Mental Health awareness month is celebrated annually in May to highlight a specific area of concern internationally to raise awareness in mental health and eradicate stigma.

And of course, as financial issues can be a great source of anxiety, the financial provision that's integral to such benefits is also a great support to good mental health too.

The Behavioral Health Center at AdventHealth Central Texas also has a 24/7 hotline.

African Americans and Hispanic Americans used mental health services at about half the rate of whites in the past year, and Asian Americans at about one-third the rate. We believe that trauma is often at the root of psychological problems.

'The group risk industry is at the forefront of supporting mental health in the workplace, and the employers that utilise group protection to support the mental wellbeing of their staff are the winners. If you feel they are in harms way of themselves then help them.
