Kerr: Durant out for Game 4, still unable to scrimmage

Mark Stevens, a Warriors' investor and a member of the team's executive board, was banned from the National Basketball Association for one year and fined Thursday - one day after he shoved Lowry during the fourth quarter of Game 3 of the Toronto-Golden State finals matchup.

Lowry said he appreciated the apologies and that Stevens' actions were "not a good look for the ownership group they have", and that he "should not be a part of our league", a couple of delicious digs from a guy who knew exactly what he was saying.

The Warriors said in a statement to Axios that Stevens will not attend any of the remaining games of the NBA Finals.

"There's no place for that", Lowry told reporters Wednesday.

The Warriors will host the Raptors in Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Friday.

Toronto posted a 123-109 win in Game 3 and leads the best-of-seven series 2-1.

"A team representative must be held to the highest possible standard and the conduct of Golden State Warriors investor Mark Stevens last night was beyond unacceptable and has no place in our league", the league statement read. We're extremely disappointed in his actions and, along with Mr Stevens, offer our honest apology to Kyle Lowry and the Toronto Raptors organisation for this unfortunate misconduct. After two games in Toronto, the teams played game 3 at the Warriors home base in Oakland on June 5, and their warm-up playlist had one VERY telling track on it - "The Story of Adidon" by Pusha T.

LeBron James co-signed Lowry's sentiments, taking to Instagram to call out the shenanigans.

"There's absolutely no place in our lovely game for that AT ALL", James wrote on Instagram.

"It doesn't impact (Toronto's preparation) very much", Nurse said.

Despite Klay yearning to play, he was resigned to sitting on the bench in full uniform as the Warriors made the decision to keep him out. "Don't sit courtside if you don't want somebody touching you".
