Juventus to be renamed in Federation Internationale de Football Association 20 as PES nabs exclusivity rights

The home of Juventus FC, Allianz Stadium, will also be fully realised and exclusive in eFootball PES 2020.

Federation Internationale de Football Association 20's Standard Edition will be available to play on September 27, 2019, while those purchasing the Champions or Ultimate Editions will be eligible for early access on September 24.

Konami have pulled off a coup by securing the exclusive rights to Serie A giants Juventus in Pro Evolution Soccer.

"The new and exciting partnership with Konami will see the eFootball PES series have exclusive use of Juventus intellectual property within console football video games, including the team name, the crest, and official kits", a statement on Juventus' website read.

According to the PES 2020 publisher, the 3D scans will allow them to "recreate their likeness in the game as accurately as possible".

You will be playing instead as Piemonte Calcio, following an announcement on Tuesday morning that a partnership between EA Sports and Juventus had ended.

Juventus star Miralem Pjanic will also become an ambassador for PES 2020, Konami has confirmed.

As usual, most clubs in eFootball PES 2020 will have custom names similar to Piemonte Calcio as the series has historically lacked rights compared to Federation Internationale de Football Association.

Add that to their lengthy list of existing talent and you may be looking forward to playing with them in the upcoming game Federation Internationale de Football Association 20.

Giorgio Ricci, the chief financial officer for Juventus, added: "We are particularly proud of the partnership signed with Konami". This agreement sees two global football and entertainment icons, PES and Juventus partnering together for the next three years, and it will allow us to more easily identify with our younger fans, as well as increase our appeal to both sports fans and those of esports.

Chemistry links among Piemonte Calcio players will be unaffected in Ultimate Team mode.
