Broncos' Bausby: 'I was paralyzed for 30 minutes' after scary hit

CARSON, Calif. - With an eight-game losing streak staring them in the face and the weight of history on their shoulders, the Denver Broncos had just enough football backbone to earn their first win of the season Sunday, 20-13, over the Los Angeles Chargers. "I don't want to overdo it", Lynn said.

Head coach Vic Fangio said Monday that Bausby's injury was a cervical sprain. Lynn didn't get specific about Gordon's role in that plan, but did say that he could start and won't be giving the back 50 snaps. "I don't know if it'll be the entire rest of the season or not, these things the first few days and week will kind of tell the story". "There is a chance maybe even this week or he can miss a couple of weeks".

"Right now, we're just going to take it real slow, gain my strength back and all that mess", Bausby said before the decision to place him on IR.

The 26-year-old cornerback was taken to a hospital.
